Abstract
Modern social development is closely connected with the active participation of women in all spheres of public life. In contemporary Uzbekistan, ongoing reforms demonstrate that women’s empowerment is not only a moral recognition of motherhood but also a strategic direction of state policy. This article analyzes the philosophical, sociological, and socio-political dimensions of women’s social activity, focusing on the transformation of their role from a traditionally family-centered position to an active social and political subject. The study highlights the importance of creating a social ecosystem that enables women to realize their potential without being forced to choose between family and career. It also explores the interaction between traditional values and modern intellectual development, showing how this synthesis forms a new model of the “modern Uzbek woman.” The article concludes that women’s empowerment is a key factor in ensuring sustainable development, social justice, and institutional stability.
